Most importantly, they share our belief that a child’s successful future begins at a very early age and they are committed to making sure that future is bright. We provide our Advantage Partners with the strong foundation of a proven operating system and sound business model. We work with them side by side to insure the quality of the Early Advantage program. Our key strength is people development. We make a tremendous investment in developing our Partners, their staff and the families and children they serve.
Early Advantage University:
Each Partner, Director and all teaching staff must graduate from this proprietary training program. The University provides specific instruction at all levels of employment. In addition, it utilizes our exclusive Early Advantage Engagement Model curriculum through which participants are trained to be very intentional in how they interact with each child. This interaction is research based and designed to ensure the appropriate mental, physical, social and emotional development of each child.
Security Means Peace of Mind:
Our policies and procedures make sure the right things are done in the right way. We meet and exceed State requirements and local expectations. Each Advantage Partner is equipped and monitored to make each location a happy, fun, and safe environment for growing and learning.
Our prototype facility combines a high level of functionality with state-of-the-art parent friendly and easy to use security systems. This includes our 
which allows parents to check in
on their children through a highly secure, on-line video system, and our student drop-off and check-in system.
Our Early Advantage Engagement Model means the inside of the classroom is a wonderful emotionally, physically, and psychologically safe place for children.
